Service Description

Provides up to a maximum lifetime amount of $6000.00 per person in federal apprenticeship taxable cash grants through the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant (AIG), the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant for Women, and the Apprenticeship Completion Grant (ACG).

Information

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
-Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
-Not be a high school student
-Be registered with your provincial/territorial apprenticeship authority as an apprentice OR show that you have completed an apprenticeship program as a registered apprentice in a designated Red Seal trade
-Provide proof that you have successfully completed either the 1st and/or 2nd year or level in a designated Red Seal trade OR provide proof of your journeyperson certification in a designated Red Seal trade
