Service Description
Officers respond to public complaints or concerns related to animal well-being, includes:
- Animal welfare checks
- Responding to reported cruelty
- Responding to stray or injured animals
- Seizing abused or dangerous animals
- Responding to complaints of unlicensed dogs in select coverage areas
- Bylaw enforcement for some municipalities

Eligibility:
Ages 18 years and older * Bylaw and dog licensing enforcement available to residents of Charlottetown, Cornwall, Stratford, and select municipalities
