Service Description

Provides support to caregivers and individuals recovering from a stroke. Includes:
  • Skill development
  • Peer support
  • Exercise and movement
  • Speech and communication
  • Education
Once registered, a local After Stroke coordinator will contact the applicant and develop personalized plan together.
