Service Description

Provides at-risk youth with an evidence-based group skills program to help them with:
  • Substance misuse (drinking or using drugs)
  • Mental well-being
  • School performance
  • Learning to cope with stress
Program is offered in-school and anyone can call Community Mental Health or Addictions to request that it be hosted at their junior or senior high school.

Junior and senior high school students ages 13-18 years

Contact your school or your local Community Mental Health and Addictions office to ask about having the program offered at your school * Students will be assessed to determine if the program is right for them
