Addiction Services - Opioid Replacement Therapy Program

Service Description
Helps people with addictions to specific drugs by prescribing medications that help eliminate or reduce cravings so the individual can stabilize their life and reduce harm. Some common drug addictions that can be helped with opioid replacement therapy include:
- Heroin
- Codeine
- Morphine
- Hydromorphone
- Oxycodone
Information
Eligibility:
People who: Have been using opioid drugs for at least 1 year * Have a desire to stop but are not able to stop by themselves * Be willing to attend counseling and group therapy * Other eligibility criteria will be assessed by program staff during intake assessment
