Provides individuals with disabilities fitness activities and education on making healthy choices to promote healthy living. Activities are determined by the groups' interests and abilities.
Provides food hampers that include canned and boxed goods, dairy products, vegetables, meat, fresh produce and hygiene products. Clients can receive one hamper per month.
Provides food supplies to individuals who are experiencing food insecurity once a month.
