First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people can connect with an Indigenous volunteer crisis responder. African, Caribbean and Black youth can connect with volunteer crisis responders through the RiseUp program that was built in collaboration with Black community partners and people from across the Afro-diaspora.

No data plan, internet, or app is required to text. Online messaging can be accessed on a desktop or mobile device.
