Provides a rebate up to $2000 to eligible property owners who participate to disconnect their sump pump or storm drain system from the municipal sanitary sewer system and redirect it to the exterior of the building, allowing the water to run into ditches, swales, storm catches, etc. This will help to prevent additional storm water that overloads the Town's sanitary sewer mains and prevents from lifting stations which contribute to conserve local energy.
