10 sets of walking poles are available to borrow in four-week increments with possible extension. Availability is managed on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of one set of poles per person.

Provides a one-time online session focused on parents' mental health and emotional well-being during the postpartum period for expectant parents. Topics include:

Provides online postpartum support groups led by PSI facilitators, where participants can connect with other parents and access tools and resources. Includes:

Offers a free, volunteer-run helpline providing confidential support, basic information, and resources for individuals experiencing postpartum challenges. Guidance and local referrals are provided through returned calls or texts.
