• Pay Equity Portal - an online platform that allows employees, bargaining agents, and employers to submit requests and interact with Pay Equity officers on matters related to the federal Pay Equity Act
• Complain on committee or employer-led plans - Complaints can be filed when there is reason to believe that an employer or a bargaining agent has not fulfilled its obligations and responsibilities under the Pay Equity Act

PEI's Child and Youth Advocate is an independent officer of the Legislative Assembly and supports the rights of children through individual advocacy services such as:

• Hearing concerns directly from children, youth and their families and helping them to have their concerns heard and taken seriously.
• Concerns might centre around experiences with government agencies such as:
  • Adoption Services
  • Health/Mental Health/Addiction Services
  • Child Protection
  • Education
  • Justice
  • Social Services
  • Or other agencies.
• Connects youth and their families to programs and services

Note: Children and youth have the right to talk to the Child and Youth Advocate privately.

Provides a 24/7 national human trafficking hotline that connects individuals who have impacted by human trafficking with social services, law enforcement, and emergency services. Callers can also report tips of potential human trafficking. The service is confidential and available in more than 200 languages. Services are accessible to Deaf, hard of hearing and non-verbal via Telecommunications Relay Service and the chat function on the website.

Provides information, education, and investigations into complaints filed under the Canadian Human Rights Act. Includes:

• Information on filing a human rights complaint
• Dispute resolution services for discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act
• Information about human rights in Canada, discrimination, harassment, duty to accommodate, and human rights events
