Hospice PEI

Provides a monthly in-person peer support group for unpaid caregivers who are caring for someone who has a chronic life-limiting illness.

Provides in-person eight week peer to peer grief support groups. Groups are small and participants share their experiences and support each other.

Provides a monthly virtual peer support group for those who have experiences the loss of a loved one.
