Hospice PEI

Provides an in person peer support group for unpaid caregivers who are caring for someone who has a chronic life-limiting illness.

Volunteers visit wherever the client resides and will help out in ways to improve quality of life, as determined by the client. This can include:

An eight week structured, face-to-face grief support group. Groups are small and cover emotional well-being and grief education and will build coping and adapting skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

Provides a monthly virtual peer support group for those who have experiences the loss of a loved one.
