Provides a three week addiction recovery/transitional program that supports participants to obtain, understand and process pertinent information about their addiction. Includes:

Provides an 8-10 week program that teaches skills needed to meet the challenges associated with a loved one's substance use.

Provides supports to people who have a problem with gambling. Services include:

Provides a monthly program to educate about overuse and misuse of alcohol, drugs and gambling.

Provides a weekly in-person structured program that is designed to support recovery from alcohol and substance use. The sessions are facilitated by addiction counsellors or registered nurses.

Provides a weekly in-person support group for recovery from alcohol and substance use disorder.

Helps people with addictions to specific drugs by prescribing medications that help eliminate or reduce cravings so the individual can stabilize their life and reduce harm. Some common drug addictions that can be helped with opioid replacement therapy include:

Provides an evidence-based counselling model to help people attain safety from trauma and/or co-occurring substance abuse. Self-study is part of the program and the material is presented in an individual learning format.

Provides in-home support to frail seniors with complex health needs to help them live at home longer, return home from hospital stays sooner or transition to long term care.

Offers behavioral support to help children with moderate to severe behavioural difficulties. Types of support may include:

Provides various mental health services for children, youth and adults in need. Services offered may include:

Participants attend one session per week over a 6 to 7 week period and learn skills to manage patterns of chronic stress and distress. The program:
