Provides an opportunity to students living with type 1 diabetes to become a mentee or a mentor and have a one-on-one mentorship opportunity.

Provides online community to help students living with type 1 diabetes to connect with peer to support each other during their transition to post-secondary school.

Provides a scholarship to students living with type 1 diabetes as an additional financial support for their transition years while recognizing their achievements. Application opens in January and closes in March each year.
